What is a skin fade?
A skin fade is a haircut where the hair at the bottom of the sides and back is taken down to bare skin, then blended upward into longer hair with no visible line.
It is also called a bald fade. The fade can start low near the ear, mid at the temple, or high above it, depending on how much contrast you want.
Skin fades look sharpest for about ten days and are usually maintained every two weeks.
